Available amazing room in Urbanest Tower Bridge!!

I am offering my cool room in Urbanest Tower Bridge, which is located in Zone 1 right in front of the Tower of London (couldn't be any more central!). The tubes Tower Hill and Aldgate are just a few minutes away walking. The area is really (really) nice, you get to see London Bridge and Tower of London daily just by walking home. There is a Starbucks and Tesco just around the corner, plus many more stores and a gym with pool.

The room is furnished and has plenty of room for storage, including a sink and a mirror and a double size bed. There is also a built-in desk and many shelfs and cupboards. There is underfloor heating and free fast-speed wifi. Couples/friends are welcome in your room.

It is a 6 bedroom flat with 4 bathrooms including one with a nice bathtub and two luxurious showers. There is a shared living room with couches and a spacious kitchen. People in the flat are very nice but you see some more than others, so it's really up to you if you'd like to socialise. You get to have a lot of privacy as well which I consider to be important. There are parties/ events organised in the building every now and then, so you can attend them if you wish.

The amenities offered are really cool. You can have a free bike to go to uni and keep it safe in the bike storage. There is also a brand new study room with Macs you can use, and a chill/movie room with a PlayStation and big pillows to lay down. Also there's a 24/7 on site support team. Behind the building there is a little park with a pond and benches.

IMPORTANT!!! YOU HAVE TO BE A FULL TIME STUDENT CURRENTLY ENROLLED TO BE ABLE TO LIVE HERE.
This is a residence just for students, doesn't matter the age or the university/study centre.

The room is available immediately and I am flexible about the exact date.
The building is sold out and there are no more rooms available, so first come first serve -as long as you're a full time student-. :)
