A wonderful brand new student accommodation, with private bathroom and private kitchen, very well taken care of. The studio has a lot of space and a great view of the park and 2 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station, 4 minute walk to Aldgate tube station and 1 minute walk to Tower Gateway rail station. The rent includes everything, lightening, water, and taxes. You have a great laundry room downstairs and it's only 1pound to wash and dry. There is a recently refurbish common room, with tvs, computers, videogames and couches to sit around and meet the people that also live here. The staff is very nice and are constantly having some happy hour providing free food and soft drinks. (byob). It is located in Zone 1 and 4 minute walk to Tower of London and Tower Bridge, two amazing landmarks of London and England's history, which makes the price very worth it. It is very well heated which is very important for this winter and London's cold weather. It is a very worthy place to live as a student in London! :) There is a microwave, fridge, work desk, comfortable bed and sofa. All included in the price, the staff offers free cleaning service, 24h maintenance service and reception, free vacuums and free fast internet service. Also, there are two supermarkets just 5 minutes walking, and bus stops very near. St Pauls cathedral is a 15 minute walk and there are a lot of different options of tube lines.
