The type of room

Spacious, bright and modern furnished room to rent in a shared 6 bedroom flat in urbanest tower bridge student residence in central London.
Important: available to full time students or students doing an internship only, reception will ask for student confirmation letter.

The room has a double bed with a mattress, a desk with a desk chair, a sink with a mirror, a closet, cupboards and a bin. There is individual floor heating that you can control from the room. The window has a view on a small park at the bottom of the building.

The flat has a common kitchen/living room with 2 fridges, 2 ovens, a hob, a microwave and a dish washer. There are also two bathrooms with a shower and a toilet, one with a bath/shower, and one toilet, so that's 4 bathrooms in total. There is air-conditioning in the corridor and the kitchen.
The other flatmates are very friendly and welcoming.

The residence has 24/7 staff on site. There is free wifi, free mac computers, free bikes in the study room and an TV and Xbox in the cinema room. There is also a laundry room and a storage room. There is also an optional cleaning service that you can request at the reception. All those facilities have been renovated in January 2016 And all doors have an electronic key so it is a really secure building.

The building is 5 mins away from the City, from Tower of London and from Tower Bridge. It is located between Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations, a few seconds away from Tower Gateway DLR station and from Fenchurch Street rail station, in Zone 1. Tesco, Sainsbury's, Starbuck's and multiple gyms at less than 5mins walk.
