Lovely Islington Flat sharing with 3 Girls

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely Islington flat!

We are 3 girls - Sarah, Christina and Louise. The flat is on the 3rd floor of a 4 storey building in the heart of Angel between Upper Street and Essex Road. It’s a perfect location with The Old Queens Head one of our many locals and Islington Green two minutes walk away.

Nearest tubes are Angel (5 mins) or Highbury & Islington (10 mins), with bus stops one minute around the corner in either direction.

We have Virgin wireless broadband, TV and phone and a small balcony we can use to sun ourselves.

The room available is the smallest room and because of this the rent is slightly cheaper than the other rooms. The room also has the balcony attached to it.

A bit about the money stuff...
Rent is £543. 82 per month, a bargain for the area! Excluding council tax (£26. 50) and bills. Gas/Electricity is on a meter so no bills at the end of the month. All bills usually amount to no more than roughly £40 per month. The only additional bill is for water and is due in March and October.

Upfront you will need to pay a deposit and fee for reference checks.

Our contract runs from the 17th September so this is actually a break in contract (our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend). As a break in contract we are charged an admin fee but the current housemate will cover this. In September when our contract is renewed we are charged an admin fee and we split this between the 4 housemates that will be staying in the flat.

The room is available from March 17th officially but the move date can be the weekend before on March 14th. It's unfurnished, but our departing flatmate is willing to leave her furniture (including the bed) for a bargain price.
