Seeking female to share a spacious twin double room in Newington Green, N1. Fantastic zone 2 location, two minute walk from many buses on Newington Green; less than 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and Canonbury overground stations. 20 minute bus to Angel.

Room comes furnished with wardrobe, bed, shelving, mirror, security lock on door. Flat has large bathroom, equipped kitchen, large backyard. No common living area.

You will be sharing the room with a 23 year old Australian female who is friendly, respectful, tidy and familiar with room-sharing. The house is four bedroom with other flatmates all in their 20s.

Rent is 100pw (per person) with all bills (inc. wifi) included. One-off agency fee of one week rent plus one month deposit required. Minimum stay is four months, although if you can replace yourself, shorter lets will be considered.
