This room is in a four bedroom shared house 5 minute walk from Balham tube station.

Location:
Great transport links: 15 mins to London Bridge, 20 mins to bank. Connections to all of South London and 3 mins to Clapham junction.

The house:
The house is walking distance away from both Balham high road, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops (waitrose and sainsburys) and also very close to Tooting common, perfect for jogging or walking.
The house has an outside patio/ Garden area which is a real sun trap in the summer – complete with bbq. The house also has a spare room and separate living and dining rooms (another sofa bed in the dining room). Plenty of communal space and a great house for sociable people.
We have a cleaner who comes once every fortnight and full sky package broadband internet and all appliances (tumble dryer, dishwasher, washing machine etc)

The room:
It’s not massive, but it has ample space for a double bed wardrobe, shelves and a chest of drawers. A bargain for the rental price.
New housemate:
We are looking for someone 25-35, sociable (but this is by no means a party house) ideally a male as you will be living with three guys, however females welcome too. No students please; professionals only.

The room is available asap as I have found another place and am looking to move pretty quickly. To arrange a viewing please email me a bit about yourself and when you would be looking to move. Please note that there is an admin fee £120 to process your references etc and also you will need to pay one month’s rent and deposit up-front (completely standard but we won’t take anyone that can’t pay before moving in). Rent is £465 a month, plus £90 for bills.
