We are in Tooting/Earlsfield; well located for transport links. (Tooting Broadway tube/Earlsfield rail equidistant)

The room is small with two velux windows, in the eaves of the house on the second floor. It has its own wash basin. There are some fitted cupboards and shelves in the room and a desk. Its (large) wardrobe is on the first floor hallway
We are 2 women, one man in the house ranging from ages 24 to 32.
We need someone to come from approx 1st March onwards.(cost is £400 per calendar month inclusive)

The house is quiet, friendly, comfortable and non smoking, with a small garden.

Its essential we have someone who will leave kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy after use and who will keep communal areas clean on a rota system..(one job per month). There’s a monthly petty cash contribution of £5 for loo roll and cleaning materials etc. There is a cat called Maisie.
