We have a lovely double room up for grabs in a very nice, modern, two-level, three-bedroom flat, literally three minutes walk from Clapham South tube station.

The flat has a large hallway, bathroom with bath and very good shower, as well as a separate toilet. One room has an ensuite shower room so you will only be sharing the bathroom with one other girl.

Upstairs we have an open plan kitchen and living room, with a dining table, with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave etc. in the kitchen.

The room available is on the first floor, and so very quiet, has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. There is also a very large cupboard under the stairs, so plenty of storage.

The location is brilliant. As well as being a stone's throw from the tube, with Tesco at the end of the road, we are only a five minute walk from the lovely Abbeville village, as well as being a 15 minute walk from both clapham high street and Balham. It is also only about 100 yards to the common itself - perfect for summer!

You would be living with two very friendly relaxed professionals, aged 27. We are looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and friendly.

The rent is £194 per week with bills coming to around £70 (this varies throughout the year). The move in date is 16th March,
