If you haven't already heard of Barnes its a great place to live, very safe with lots of great pubs and restaurants and we are a 3 min walk to the river great for rowing, running or cycling.
We are ideally looking for someone who is fairly laid back and easy going and who will treat the place like home. We are both chilled out and live fairly busy lives with work, sport and socialising.
The flat has a seperate kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher and microwave. The bedroom has good storage and a freeview TV point. The sitting room has a balcony off it and 40" TV and DVD. We have broadband and cheap international calls. There is plenty of storage and a bike shed as well as central heating. The flat is a 3 min walk to Barnes Bridge station (20 mins to Waterloo) and the 209 and 419 bus links to Hammersmith (10 mins).
The monthly rent works out at £600 including all bills and we get a cleaner in once a fortnight.
