The flat is in a quiet residential road backing onto St Paul's school playing fields - so very quiet. It is 2 minutes walk from the River Thames towpath (ideal for running/walking/cycling), a short stroll from the charming village of Barnes and crucially 10 minutes walk from the transport links of Hammersmith Broadway.

The flat itself is an open plan design with brand new bathroom suite, modern kitchen, conservatory and spacious living room. The room offered is an unfurnished single room (although there is a large built in wardrobe). There is off road parking, a garage with plenty of storage space, a small front garden and a patio seating area adjacent to the conservatory complete with BBQ.

I am planning to move out of the flat, so I'm looking for someone to take over my share of the tenancy (which runs until August, but could be renewed then) and live with my current flatmate. You will obviously be able to meet her and discuss when you look around the flat. At the present time it is the single room that is being offered, and my flatmate has a double room but there is no reason why you could agree to swap rooms (for fairness!) at a mutually agreeable time.

I've lived in this flat for six years now. I absolutely fell in love with it at first sight and haven't looked back since. It is a really comfortable flat in a brilliant location.
