Postgrad Student pref: Room in 3 bed flat

We're looking for another student (preferable for council tax avoidance though not essential) to move in with us in our 3 bed flat in Barnes, SW13.

Rent is £585pcm so with bills it's usually around about £600 per month, which is an absolute bargain for this area of London!

No agency fees, (fabulous private landlord) and the rent has only gone up by £10pw in the time that I've lived here (4 years).

The flat is on the ground floor of a large mansion building, has a large front room, big (shared) garden (plenty of bike storage) and is a stonesthrow from the river. Local Tesco Express (200m) is open 24/7, and Hammersmith is about a 5 minute walk over the bridge. Tubes at Hammersmith (C, D, P, H&S) and loads of buses.

Housemates are me (Steffan) - Composition for Screen postgrad at the Royal College of Music; and Valeria, a philosophy student at KCL. We both enjoy cooking, and are easy going but keep the flat in a tidy state.
