Sunny and Spacious flat over 2 floors with roof garden. There is a double room available on a separate floor to living room and our bedroom. The flat is recently renovated and very close to Hammersmith Bridge. A great location for walks and bike rides by the river.

We are looking for easy-going and friendly flatmate (s) (like us) but we do keep the flat clean and tidy too.

The shared areas include the living room, kitchen, dining room and sunny roof garden. There is a table and chairs on the roof garden to sit out and enjoy the sun and have breakfast and dinner on especially in the summer.

The flat has solid oak floors throughout. Very close to river and local amenities, Tesco metro and riverside pubs and restaurants.

Walking distance to Hammersmith tube, direct buses to Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush, Barnes Station and Roehampton. Close to Charing Cross Hospital by foot by river, perfect for NHS and medical professionals.

Bills to share include share of council tax, utilies and wifi.

Please note: the landlord friend Tim and our handyman will take calls on our behalf and help with vieiwings while we are at work.
