We have a beautiful large double room to rent in our flat, as one of our flatmates is moving out of London. This room has large built in wardrobes and comes with its own private bathroom.

All bills are included.

All current flatmates are young professionals and we are looking for a clean, friendly person to come and live with us. We use the flat as a place to relax, as we are all usually extremely busy!

The spacious, bright flat has two bathrooms, a large living/dining room, and the kitchen is fully-featured, with a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. There is also a parking space available.

We are 5 minutes walk from Barnes Station (which has trains every 5 minutes to Waterloo) and a 15 minute walk from Putney. There is easy access to Hammersmith with regular buses from Barnes station. There are numerous 24 hours buses very close by, including the 22 which goes straight to Piccadilly Circus.
