Own large double room. Neutrally decorated, and furnished with double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Share kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden with one other, and friendly cocker spaniel.
Ideally located close to excellent shops, restaurants and bars, and for transport links via Barnes Bridge, Barnes or Hammersmith. Close to river Thames, Dukes Meadows and Richmond Park.
Housemate must be clean, tidy, considerate, professional and independent.
I work long hours, and like my home to be a place for relaxation and calm. I love to socialise and cook, and it's nice to catch up over dinner, or a drink occasionally.
I have two rental options:
1. Short-term house-share, between 17th June - 16th August.
Full time, ie 7 days per week - £750 per month
2. Long term house-share, commencing after 17th June. Monday-Friday only.
Monday to Friday - £500 per month
