The flat is near riverside pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Beautiful location positioned equidistant between Barnes and Barnes Bridge Station, the overland train takes 20 mins into Waterloo, 15 to Vauxhall, five to Clapham and two to Putney. In the other direction, Richmond is just a few minutes away. There is a 24 hour bus service to the centre of London, and Hammersmith is just ten minutes away (by bus or half hour walking).

If you're a fan of travelling by boat, there's a river taxi from town to Kew or Purtney.

The flat offers a modern kitchen and bathroom, high speed wireless broadband and parking, with fantastic views over the nearby park and lido (amazing in the summer with a G&T). The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier and the bathroom has a heated towel rail and rainforest shower.

Your room has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, an antique desk, an antique tea chest, black-out blinds and venetian blinds.

All bills except gas are included although that doesn't total much.

I work from home and am in the creative industries although open to a lodger from any background really - my flat and I are especially gay friendly. I travel to Oxfordshire and Scotland regularly so you will be looking after the flat from time to time.

The flat doesn't tend to be a party place but I don't mind the occaisional raucous dinner party (and tend to host them - you'll be invited!!).
