We have a nice large double room to rent in a quiet and clean three bedroom flat, short walking distance to East Putney Tube and Putney Rail stations.

The room is suitable for a female+male couple.
There's plenty of storage space in the room, 2 huge built in wardrobes with shelves; chest of drawers; king/double bed; new curtains; new carpets; central heating.

Rent £700 per month, plus bills – monthly bills are currently shared between 4 people - at around £67. 00 per person for water, gas, electricity, TV licence, BT, internet.
One month deposit required in advance, rent is paid to live out landlord on the 1st each month.

The rest of the flat:

Downstairs lounge: 2 sofas, chair, book shelf, TV/freeview box.

Kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, oven/grill, microwave, gas hob, table with chairs and plenty of cupboard space, fridge and freezer; everyone gets their own shelf for food storage.

There is a separate toilet downstairs, basin, mirror.

Upstairs 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with toilet; bath/power shower head, toiletries shelves.

You will be sharing with two tidy female professionals - teacher and admin assitant.

Smoking is allowed outside only.

Location - quiet and safe area, 5min walk to East Putney tube (Coop supermarket next to tube); 8-10 min walk Putney rail (trains to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall/Victoria line, Waterloo). 5 min walking distance to Upper Richmond road bars and restaurants, gym, less than 10 min walk to Putney High street - more supermarkets, retail shops, bars etc.

Viewing times can be arranged during the week from 18: 30 and late morning/lunch time/evening on Sat/Sun.
