The Room & Flat:

The room to rent is a large double en-suite with shower and x2 double fitted wardrobes. The flat itself is located just a 5 minute walk from East Putney tube and 10 minutes to Putney over ground station. The 337 and 37 bus stops just outside the building. The building is securely gated from the main road and also has a coded entry system at the main door.

All ceilings are 3. 6 meters high which makes the flat feel even more spacious. The flat also comes with a single parking space (I do not use this so it would be all yours). There is also communal outdoor green space for those summertime BBQ's.

As shown in the photos the flat has a large “L” shaped living room with 47” TV and Pool table that doubles as a dining table (we’ve had 10 round for dinner comfortably). The Kitchen is also very large and comes with all the usual mod-coms.

I am a 32yr old male professional working in Knightsbridge. I enjoy catching up with friends, watching movies, cooking, rugby, golf and photography.
I have lived in this amazing flat for 2 years now and am seeking new flatmate to replace my current roomie leaving due to work commitments.
