Double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Putney, with garden and parking. The house was completely refurbished and fitted with all new white goods in summer 2013 and is still in great condition. There is cutlery, bowls, plates, cooking utensils supplied and of course wine glasses!
Another bonus is our showers are fantastic with great water pressure!

The three of us you will be sharing with are sociable, friendly girls and we're looking for a housemate who is similar. We're in our late 20s/early 30s, all professionals and enjoy a mixture of drinking and dancing at weekends and trashy tv and chats in the week.

The room is a small double, and comes with double bed, full length mirror, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe! The house itself is well insulated meaning you won't ever be too cold in the winter! The photos don't do it justice, so if you're interested please come round to have a look!

Transport- we are only a 5min walk to Barnes station, which operates regular trains to Waterloo, Vauxhall and Clapham Junction, as well as Richmond and Hounslow. The 337 and 430 buses go right past the house, making it easy to get to Clapham, Fulham, Richmond and Kensington. Putney and East Putney stations are a short walk away. It is a really pretty area, very green and very close to the river. We are on the border of Zone 2 and Zone 3.
