Hello future housemate !

My name is Gemma and I am looking for someone to rent the lovely spare double bedroom in my cosy home in Barnes.

I am looking for a professional person who will look after and love the property as much as I do. It would be fun to live with someone who is social but independent who can relax in front the TV with a glass of wine.

The Room :

Cosy, fully furnished, complete with bed linen and towels if needed. Comfy double bed, with underneath storage. Bedside table, lamp, mirror, wardrobe and armchair. There in an aerial socket for a TV.

The Flat :

Large hallway with under-stair storage.

Modern fully equipped kitchen with washing/tumble dryer. No dishwasher I'm afraid.

Sitting/Dining Room with dining table that can seat up to 6. Cosy sofa, and armchair. Flat screen TV with full Broadband TV/Internet package. DVD player. Shabby chic style.

Bathroom. light and airy. Modern bathroom with over-bath shower with good water pressure.

Large loft for storage.

Small area of balcony with table and chairs- catches the afternoon and evening sun. Communal court yard. Bike storage and on street residents parking.

The Area: Barnes is a great spot on the river, with fantastic local amenities, Pubs, and restaurants. The saturday farmers market and runs along the River as not to be missed ! The property is 5 mins to bus stop taking you to Hammersmith Tube station (8mins).Regular overland trains from Barnes Bridge taking 22mins to Waterloo.

The Rent : £800 - Includes all bills including cleaning lady (3 hrs week).
