We are 2 boys and one girl, preferably looking for one more girl to complete our lovely home to move in at the end of October.
We all work full time and enjoy relaxing after a long day. We all get on super well as a house and enjoy catching up over a glass of wine and we are looking for someone who will fit nicely into our home.
The room is furnished and comes with 2 amazing big built-in wardrobes and lots of space, great opportunity to make it your own!

The house has 4 bedrooms, a very large modern bathroom with separate shower and large bath, spacious living area (living room + dining table), and separate kitchen with all the mod cons.
There is also a large basement providing a lot of storage area, and we have a large private backyard which is great for summer BBQ’s!

Our house is in an ideal location, being one block back from Putney High Street and is very close to the river and Putney Bridge (see map). We are within 5 mins walking distance to 2 tube stations, the overland station (17 mins to Waterloo), and major bus stops. Supermarkets are very handy and there are great bars, cafes and restaurants close by.

Bills & utilities come to £100 per month and include items such as Council tax, gas, electricity, Sky+ and Wireless Broadband - these are included. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week.
