Large room for quiet dweller!

A very large room (street-facing with tons of light) in an old (but charming) flat above a strip of shops. The room has a wooden floor, large windows, high ceilings, a rather rickety wardrobe (which can hold tons of stuff), sofa-chair and table/chairs. You will need to bring your own bed.

I am in the other room and am a busy professional creative and avid, yet mediocre athlete, into ultra-running and the odd triathlon.

I'm a quiet person at home, mainly because I'm usually working on a side-project in my room, or at the gym or…just out living my life!

'Quiet' is the key word. I don't own a television as… I don't have time for it and I really can't stand the mindless mechanical noise in the evenings. So. ideally I would like to find a tenant who is equally anti-television and more into quiet pursuits in the eves.

Lest I sound like a total stick-in-the-mud, I am actually a down to earth friendly person!! :) I mainly just want to respectfully share a space with a friendly individual.

There is no common area, apart from the kitchen, so it's not a social/party flat. I think of it as 'two large studio flats , with a shared bath and kitchen'.

The flat is a 15 minute walk from Richmond Park, 5 min walk from Barnes Rail and 15 minute walk from Putney Rail.

You also have the Putney Leisure Centre 5 min away, which is great value.
