We've got two rooms that have become available since two housemates are moving out. There will be two flatmates left in the property. The rooms that are available are double rooms, one is larger (£780) and one is smaller (£720). The property is a modern 5 bed Victorian house in Putney (amazing bathroom shared with one other person). We are a mixed house, friendly and social! We have a huge kitchen for cooking, a garden, a double reception, and a guest room.
Staying in the house are two outgoing flatmates - a boy and a girl who both work during the day and enjoy a meal or a pub quiz when we're all in.
Bills are all included in the rent - including broadband, a cleaner and sky.
Easy Putney tube station is a 5 min walk and Putney railway station is 12 min walk. There's also a bus stop right next to the house.
