12 Feb New job/need space? No bills,family home

I have a large double room for one person available from 12 February. No bills, Wifi in the room.

It's a good stepping stone if you need your own space, have a new job or internship - then it's for you!

It's lodgings here, it's my family home; I'm afraid I don't have a communal living space. It's a quiet house.

£200 per week, no bills. New job, new life, in between places? You will be welcome here in my home.

SW London (Barnes, Putney, Hammersmith) 5 mins’ walk to Barnes railway station to Waterloo, Vauxhall and the City, or Richmond/Brentford/Kingston. Zone 3.

Bus stop right here for Hammersmith tube and bus hub (District/Hammersmith and City/Piccadilly tube lines, you can now walk over the bridge!) or East Putney (District tube line) also for Wimbledon, plus other buses.

Shops and restaurants are close, as is the river and Richmond Park. Also Putney Leisure Centre gym.

You have use of the kitchen early morning, and early evening (simple cooking/microwave etc only!). Use of the washing machine in the morning. A cleaner once a week is included.

Many international people have stayed since 2007 and been happy here.
