Spare Room in Beautiful Big House with Garden

Beautiful house, big, plenty of space. Room would fit a double bed, has a walk in cupboard, drawers, double doors that open onto a very large garden. There are two toilets and a great bath/shower. Downstair is open plan dining room/sitting room. Bus stop is outside the front door goes to Kingston, Barnes and Putney Bridge. Close walking distance to Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park. Large grocer 5 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes on the bus or ten minutes to walk. Their are 4 of us living here now, myself and another girl are looking to move before the summer, the rooms will be available until September- possibly with the option to extend for another year. I would prefer someone to take over the lease, therefore a deposit and estate agent fees may be needed. The girls who are staying are lovely, very friendly and relatively quiet/private. The downstairs is pretty much left fro you. It should be noted that the room is divided from the rest of the house by a screen. The second room upstairs has 2single beds in it and costs £480 and is available from now.
