We have a large double room to let in our friendly and comfortable home. The room is on the first floor overlooking the back garden and contains a double bed, built in wardrobes, chair and two chests of drawers. The only other room on that floor is a bathroom.

House:
The house is a 4-bed terrace; it has a large lounge, dining room, large kitchen, two bathrooms and garden. It has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout. It is well built, pleasantly furnished and quiet.

Our kitchen has a gas stove, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer and dining table.

We have a cleaner once a week, and we have Sky TV and wireless broadband.

Tube: 5 mins walk from Putney Bridge or East Putney.
Rail: 5 mins walk from Putney (Waterloo 15-20 mins)
Shopping / buses: 2 minute walk from Putney High Street

Housemates:
The current housemates are 2 girls and a guy - all late 20s/early 30s professionals

We're looking for a reliable, friendly professional who will enjoy being part of our household. Preferably looking for a MALE to keep the balance of the house, but will consider girls too. The house is NO smoking and the room is NOT available for couples.
