Lovely double room in modern East Putney house

As one of our housemates is moving out at the end of our lease term we're looking for somebody new to take over his room. The room available is a big double room with its own balcony and shares the family bathroom with one other person. The room is unfurnished but some of the furniture is negotiable and costs £747. 5 per month + bills which normally work out at around £75 per month (including a cleaner).

The house is a really nice, spacious modern build, with its own private garden in the Whitelands Park housing development (which includes a free gym) and is about 10 minute walk from East Putney tube station and a 10 minute bus ride from Clapham Junction.

You'd be living with 3 girls, English, Irish and Norwegian- we're looking for someone who is sociable and friendly as we do hang out together although we also have our own lives.
