Would you like to live on one of Putney's best streets? Quill Lane is a beautiful pedestrianised mews that is just minutes from Putney station and the High Street, and just a short walk from the river.

In case you don't already know Putney - it's a really nice, sporty area of South West London that's right on the Thames. There's loads of green space (Putney Heath, Bishops Park, Wandsworth Park), a high street with just about everything you need, plenty of smart independent cafes and coming soon even its very own Five Guys! It's got 2 underground stations and a mainline train station and is still in Zone 2 - you can be in Oxford Circus in 20 minutes.

From 1st September, I'll be living in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat and I'm looking for somebody to share it with from 1st October or possibly sooner.

I'm renting the flat unfurnished but your room will come with a bed and wardrobe. The living room is going to have brand new furniture, new TV etc provided by me and of course all the usual amenities such as broadbrand & WiFi. The kitchen is recently refitted and gives out onto a small yard which is (in theory) shared with the flat upstairs. But basically it will be ours.

There is also a small and very well trained female cat called Billie.

I'm a 35 year old professional gay male. I'm sociable and outgoing and I'm looking for someone similar who is ideally around the same age.
