Large double room in Putney with great housemates

Sadly it is time for me to leave the UK and so my room will become available on the 28th August. It is a large furnished double, recently painted, comfortable and with double glazing.

The house has 6 bedrooms with single occupants. There is 2 showers and 2 toilets. There is also a shared living room, large kitchen, a great outdoor area and BT TV and wifi. The house is currently 4 female and 2 male, all professionals 25-30yrs. 3 English, 2 Australian and 1 American. All the housemates get along really well and are very social. A cleaner comes once a week for the communal areas.

We are looking for a male to replace me to keep the balance in the house (sorry girls!). The ideal housemate will be a professional around the 25-30 age group. We are hoping for someone who is like-minded and enjoys the company of others. The person should also be respectful and tidy.

The house is located 2 minute walk to Putney High Street and Putney Rail Station. 5 minute walk to East Putney Underground. Shops, Gyms, Parks, restaurants and pubs all within a 5 minute walk.

The room is £670 per month and deposit is £900. It is available to move in on 28th of August. Bills are additional but only come to about £50 per month.
