Small double room in lovely 3 bed flat in Putney

The bedroom

We're looking for someone to fill our spare room from the 8th of November. It's a lovely, secure flat in a large manor house conversion next to Putney Heath.

We're two easy-going single professional guys in our late 20s/early 30s, working in finance and the music industry. We have busy social lives and generally do most of our socialising outside the flat. It's a quiet area and we like to come home and relax at the end of a hard day's work, so party animals need not apply!

We're looking for a professional who is equally independent, friendly and sociable, who has a full-time job with normal daytime working hours. English speakers only please.

The flat is spacious and has a large living room/kitchen area, complete with dishwasher and washing machine. Sky broadband is installed. The room itself is small, but has plenty of storage space. You also get a nice view out on to the garden and driveway from the bedroom.

You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person due to one of us having an en-suite upstairs, so you won't have to worry about bathroom queues in the morning!

Putney is a great area with loads of nice pubs, bars, shops and other amenities. Putney Heath and Wimbledon Common are both on your doorstep, and of course there is the Thames a stone's throw away.

The location is very well-connected for travel. There is a bus terminal over the road from the flat, where numerous services depart and take you into central London and elsewhere. Putney National Rail and East Putney tube station (District Line) are both a short 10 minute walk away (or 5 minutes if you take the bus down the hill). These are both located in TFL Zone 2.
