Unfortunately we have to relocate due to a job change, which means our furnished double bedroom near Kings Cross station (N1 - Barnsbury Estate) will be free for someone to move in by the 9th of March. We are looking for someone friendly and tidy (single or couple) to take on the existing tenancy, until August. From then, the tenancy can be extended one more year.

The flat is shared with a very friendly couple, they are both young professionals. An architect and a Graphic designer. They have busy jobs but love to socialise in the pub/ watch a movie / cook together. However, they are also happy to leave you to do your own thing!

The flat includes:
- Large living room
- eat-in Kitchen
- Bathroom with bath and separate wc
- lovely sunny balcony (facing south)
- safe indoor bike storage
* Bills are not included on the rent (Gas, electricity, Council Tax, Internet, Water)

The bedroom includes:
- large desk
- kingsize bed (4 months old)
- carpet (6 months old)
- blackout curtain that totally blocks the light (6 months old)
- walk-in closet
- bedside table

AVAILABILITY
Available: 9th March 2015
Minimum Term: Until August 2015
Maximum Term: None (there is the possibility of extending the contract)

COSTS
Rent: £900 pcm + bills (double bedroom)
Deposit: £1200

Kings Cross-St Pancras Station is just 10 minutes walk, offering a wide range of Tube Lines and Trains, great for commuters. Caledonian Road is 5min away, offering plenty of supermarkets and restaurants/cafés.

Our landlord will require full references from any new tenant on the tenancy (work and previous landlord). No smokers & no pets, sorry. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS.

Viewings will be arranged after 6-7pm during weekdays, although it is highly advisable to come and see it during the day in the weekends, because it is a very sunny flat where you can easily get away from the noise and stress of the City Centre.
