We have a sunny, fully furnished single room available in lovely, homely Victorian house 5 mins walk from Clapham Junction station. The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and a floor to ceiling bookshelf so there is plenty of storage. There is also additional space in the attic. We are looking for a 25+ female (sorry guys but we really are looking for a girl!) who is a professional, non smoking, clean and considerate to live with. They should have a normal 9 - 5. 30 pm (i. e. not working shifts or teaching) job based in an office. There is a large sitting room, large dining room, garden, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, gch, cleaner (so yes it is clean!), 1 cat, parking, Sky+ HD and wifi. We are close to Lavender Hill and Northcote Road shops, bars and restaurants. Battersea Park and Clapham Common are also near by. Whilst we are sociable people this is not a party house. We are in Wandsworth borough so have low council tax. No bicycles or additional furniture. Room is available 01/05/14 and we are looking for someone to move in for a MINIMUM of 6 MONTHS.
