Double room in shared flat in Battersea
A double bedroom is available in a three-bedroom flat in Battersea from the weekend of October 14th.
The flat is shared with two others, one professional (Irish) and one PhD student (French). The flat has a kitchen/dining room with balcony, living room, bathroom and toilet.
The area has good transport links, with several bus routes passing nearby. Clapham Junction railway station, with frequent trains to Waterloo, Victoria and Gatwick, is a 10-minute walk away. Nearby amenities include shops (Asda, Sainsbury’s, Lidl), restaurants, and take-aways.
The rent is £490 per month, and the bills (council tax, broadband, electricity, and water) are approximately £88 per month. Please bear in mind that a security deposit of £680 and an estate agency referencing/administration fee of £270 will also be required.
We are looking for someone ideally willing to share the flat until at least April 2017, when our current lease runs out. The property is managed by an estate agency for the landlord.
We are open-minded about potential flatmates, and would be happy to live with anyone who is easy-going and friendly.
