The monthly Price is £550 and include ( unlimited WIFI -BT Infinity fiber, Council Tax, water)
The only thing excluded is the electric bill that we split every month (5-15)
In the flat there is a living room kitchen, quite big, unlimited broadband, Washing machine, full equipped kitchen, electric shower, almost two bathrooms and everything that you could need...

The room is nice and it come full furnished with double bed - Sofa - two wardrobes - chest of drawers - desk etc
The flat is located just off Battersea park road, behind Tesco, a 5min walk to Queenstown Road station & Battersea Park Station / a short walk or bus ride over the bridge to Chelsea or Clapham junction.
Across the street from Battersea Park - literally 1 min... and local to many shops, cafes, restaurants, churches etc
Queenstown Road and Battersea Station take you to waterloo and Victoria in 2 minutes.
Minimum 2-3 months contract and £500 deposit
