Cosy bedroom with en-suite in a lovely flatshae

Sadly I am moving out of this amazing house, but that means one of you have the fab opportunity to replace me!

The house is spacious (a rarity in London these days!), and there is a fantastic, living room with a huge flat screen. Additionally, we have a huge kitchen with an extension, that functions as a dining area, and leads on to a nice patio/garden - also great for BBQ!

Your room will be on the second floor, it is a small double but definitely fits a double bed and a chest drawers. Plus you get your own bathroom!

The location is amazing. We have Battersea park (3min) and the Thames (5min) walk away, which are both incredibly pretty for an evening run or a picnic.

Furthermore, there are several bars, pubs, restaurants and a karaoke bar just around the corner and many more options in Clapham Common, which is just 15 mins away by bus.

For grocery shopping, we have a Co-Op and a Costcutter just across the street and a Lidl and ASDA at Clapham Junction (5min cycling, 12 min walking).

Clapham Junction and South Kensington are the nearest tube / overground stations, which can take you to literally anywhere, but there are also plenty of buses departing a 20 second walk from the front door.

A little about the other flatmates Liv works in PR, Clemens a Ph. D. student and Andreas a Project Manager. Everyone is pretty easy going we like to hang out together but also do our own thing.

Admin details:
You will need to be on the tenancy contract and the deposit is £775.

Rent is £730 pcm, which includes all bills (and internet), and covers the costs for shared items like washing up liquid and bin liners etc. A cleaner also comes in every 2-3 weeks.

The only reason I am moving out is to cut down my commute to work. Move in date is end of August/early Sept with some flexibility.
