6 month stay minimum, and after that 1 months’ notice required if you decide to move out.

We are ideally looking for someone who will be staying around for a while, a mature professional over 23 years of age who is happy to contribute towards keeping the place clean and tidy.
It’s really convenient for getting into central London or commuting in general. The flat is located in Battersea, 5-10 min walking distance from Battersea Park and Queenstown Overground Stations.
