I have lived in this room being happy every day. It is a little gem! Its a small room with lots of smart storage places and a closet and a large hugely comfy bed. There is a big window through which one can enjoy the sun sets over London. The room is very quiet even though the apartment is in a very central area next to Bayswater station (District and Circle line). It is 1 min walk from Queensway station (Central line) and 15 min walk from Paddington train station. There is a big kitchen, a small joined living room with TV and a huge roofterrace with a BBQ and hammock which has sun from 10AM until sunset.

There is a Tesco and Sainsburys right downstairs and a M&S food and Waitrose in very short distance. Also Hyde park/Kensington Gardens is only a few minutes away for a morning run or an afternoon stroll.

There is a washing machine in the apartment and we have a cleaner that comes in every week cleaning all general areas including the 2 shared bathrooms and second toilet.

The flat is looking for a working professional aged 24 or older.
