Double room available in a 3-bedroom house in a quite cul-de-sac in Beaconsfield.

All bills included (sky tv, broadband, council tax, gas, electric, water, tv licence). The house consists of a large living/dining room with doors out on to a lovely garden, a fully equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet plus the main bathroom upstairs.

You would be sharing with myself 33 and a 24-year old female (and a very friendly cat called Alfie!). Very easy going and very tidy, both professionals and like to relax in the evenings after work. Our current housemate has bought a flat so we are looking for someone to take the third bedroom - Available furnished or unfurnished depending on preference.

Perfect location for access to the A40/M40, surrounding towns, 5-min drive to Beaconsfield train station (25 minutes into London Marylebone).
