Double room in Beaconsfield old town

Hi there,

We are Rebecca and Kim, mid 30s, professionals. We are looking for someone to replace our 3rd housemate, who is moving out mid March.

We will be sharing a 3 bedroomed detached house, a short walk from the centre of Beaconsfield Old Town. The train station is a 5 min drive away and the M40 is 1 min away.

The room is a small double with fitted wardrobes. Not currently furnished, but double bed and bedside table can be provided if required. The room overlooks the front garden.

The house has front and back gardens with plenty of parking space on a quiet, friendly street with no through traffic.

Shared bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen with all appliances and shared living room/dining area.

The rent is £500 pcm and includes all bills, wifi, sky tv etc.

We live with 2 cocker spaniels, who are well trained, extremely friendly and a part of the household, it's therefore essential that you are dog friendly.

We are very considerate of others and like to keep the house clean and tidy. We're looking for a housemate who is also tidy and respectful, but more importantly someone who we get along with. We like to think of it more as a family home than a shared house. Other than that, we are pretty laid back and like to have a happy home to relax in at the end of a busy day at work. We also like a night out at the weekend and on occasion will have friends over for BBQs etc. We'd prefer another female.
