Even thou I am advertising it as a live in landlord, I will be moving out and there will be my ex Girlfriend living in bedroom. In the other bedroom downstairs there is latvian couple living, they are very quite people, you will rarely see them.
This is not a everyday party house, but we do understand that there are occasions sometimes where it's worth staying up late.
This is a three bedroom house with nice garden, fully fitted kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, electric oven, cooker and washing machine; big bathroom, dining room and living room to share; SKY TV, home cinema, wireless broadband internet. No extra bills to pay.

Four minutes walk to Belvedere Station where trains go directly to London Bridge (32 min), Charing Cross (40 min), Cannon Street, Greenwich (20 min) and also Dartford (15 min), Abbey Wood, Plumstead, Woolwich Arsenal. There are also direct buses that go to Bexleyheath or Thamesmead.

The rent is £100 per week paid in advance, all bills included (water, gas, electricity, council tax, internet and SKY TV), 3 weeks deposit required (returned on the day of moving out).

The room is available immediately, ideally for non-smokers unless you are happy to smoke out in the garden.
