There is a spacious shared sitting room leading to a large west facing terrace, 3 good double bedrooms and a single bedroom, each with wardrobe and draws. All the bedrooms are newly painted white and will have new black out blinds. Beds and mattresses are all of good quality. There is a nice kitchen with good appliances and two loos, one in the bathroom and the other separate. There is plenty of additional storage space.

Good news. The central heating and hot water are included in the rent. However, council tax, water rates, electricity and Broadband are not included.

This large maisonette will make an excellent flat share for four professionals or post-grad students who want good rooms in easy reach of the centre of London. We will only let on a single contract so ideally you will be a group of friends who know and trust each other already. You will each have strong financial and accommodation references.
