The flat is big and fully furnished with all the mod cons. There is a 40inch tv in the lounge and a big 7seater corner sofa. There is also a dishwasher, Washer/dryer, climate control and a balcony.

The apartment building is on Durant Street a 5- 10 minute walk to Bethnal Green tube station and a 2 minute walk to the buses on either Hackney Road or Bethnal Green road - taking you to Old St or Liverpool Street in 5 - 10 minutes. The restaurants / bars of Shoreditch / Brick lane are about a 10 minute walk away. Columbia road less than 5 minute walk.

The current flatmates are both professional - Trevor is a trader in the city and Craig is a chef in Covent garden. Really easy going and friendly. We tend to socialise seperately but chill out and watch tv / films together if we are all in. Trevor has a cat.

I plan on moving out on the 20th Feb but could potentially be a bit flexible.
