The big and beautiful room

I am sad to leave my very big and beautiful double room in Bethnal Green.
The apartment is located the most amazing place. You can walk to Hoxton Overground Station in just 5 min. and Bethnal Green Station (Central Line) in 9 min.
The flat is only 3 min walk from super cosy Columbia Rd where I spend ever Sunday drinking coffee and looking at the beautiful flowers. It's just a small walk from Broadway market and Shoreditch.

I am looking for a sweet girl to take over. You are going to share the flat with two other sweet girls (one from Spain and one from Sweden) who are vegan and would like to share the flat with someone who is vegetarian or vegan as well.

The room is 434 pounds. Bills are around 75-100 pounds a month (less during the summer). The deposit is one month's rent.

(BTW. The lamps, the chairs and the desk are my own - I have another amazing wooden desk I can leave if you are interested)
