From 1st April I will have a room available in a three bedroom flat in E2 Bethnal Green, right next to Victoria Park.

The flat is a spacious, bright, well maintained and cosy ex-council property, in a secure building with a great location. It is just behind some local shops, and only two minutes walk from the amenities of Roman Road. There are also a bunch of great pubs right nearby, and it is only two minutes walk to beautiful Victoria Park.

Bethnal Green tube is ten minutes walk away, as is Cambridge Heath railway station. The number 8 bus serves Roman Road nearby, and takes you to central London, and bus stops for the 55, 48, 106, 254, 277 are all within ten minutes walk to take you to town / London Bridge / Whitechapel / Brick Lane / Dalston

Council tax and all bills are included in the price. The flat has a fridge, freezer, cooker and oven, and a washing machine. The available room is furnished with a double bed and a large built in wardrobe, although it doesn't have a desk or dresser, so you're welcome to bring or add these or any extra furniture for the room if you like. The room looks west out over the balcony which catches the sun as it sets in the afternoon.

Iona works in fashion, works from home one day per week, and enjoys markets, galleries, cycling, swimming, and plants.

Ellie works in film and moved to London a year ago, and she enjoys music, cooking, and art.

Iona and Ellie are looking primarily but not exclusively for another female flatmate, they are LGBTQ friendly, and want to find someone with similar interests, who is fun, clean, and sociable, and a love of house plants is a must!
