Two Double rooms avaialble in 3-bedroom semi detached house in Keswick Road. Both furnished with double bed, dressing table, chair, heater and wardrobe. One room has a settee and table and chairs. The rent is £385pm, if two sharing then £395pm. Electric, TV and broardband are £25 per month. There are no other bills. Use of kitchen and bathroom. The house will be shared with other tenants using other rooms. There will need to be some flexibility when using kitchen and bathroom. I expect communal areas to be left clean and tidy as there will be others who require to use them. Fridge, cooker, sink, washing machine and microwave are in kitchen. There is no smoking and no loud music. There is a cleaner once a week. A non car owner is preferred.
