Double Room Bexleyheath

Kitchen!

I have a double room to rent on Long lane in Bexleyheath - I am happy to accept couples but this will put the price up to £600 PCM (an additional £150 p/month)

The room is available from 3rd November - 5th April - ideally I would like someone who will take the room for this entire time period (dates may be slightly negotiable either side of these dates)

The house is a 15 min (max) walk from Bexleyheath station or 10 min walk from Barnehurst station.

Transport:
The trains are approx 25 mins to London Bridge, 30 mins to Cannon street and 35 mins to Charing cross. The house is also very well situated for the A2 and about a 10 min drive from the M25.

We are less than a minutes walk from a Co-op plus a line of other shops inc. takeaways, bakery and fuel station. There is plenty of free parking outside the house.

The room and House:
The house has a newly fitted bathroom with a bath and large shower upstairs. The kitchen is also pretty new. The living room has a freeview tv and nice sofa. There is a garden plus bbq and a garage area for storage.

The room has a double bed, 2x wardrobes, chest of drawers and bookcase. The bed is king sized with a memory foam mattress and I have spare bedding if you require.

The People:
Alice and Hillary are both teachers (secondary and primary respectively). They are both fairly young and friendly but also like having time to themselves. We are looking for someone who we'll get on with. We're fairly easy going and easy to get along with.

I (landlord) am moving abroad temporarily for the time period so I will not be living in the house during this time. I will, however, continue to manage bills and any other issues throughout.
