A light and airy double room will be available end July. The room is fully furnished and offers plenty of storage. The rent is £110 per week including all bills.

The house is clean, tidy and friendly with shared use of the kitchen, lounge and conservatory. There is free WiFi and a weekly cleaner and gardener.

The house is in a safe and pleasant residential area less than 5 minutes walk to Bexleyheath train station and to the shops and restaurants of Bexleyheath.
There are two gyms close by and fantastic recreational spaces surround the area. You can be out in the Kent Countryside in 15 minutes and Bluewater is only 15 minutes away for any shopaholics.

The two current tenants Rob and Paul are very friendly and sociable guys who make everyone feel welcome. Paul works in IT and Rob is going through a Wetherspoons graduate programme.

The room would suit someone looking for a friendly and sociable house who is willing to pitch in.

There is an administration fee of £50 which covers the cost of credit checking and referencing.
