Town centre is 5 mins walk away and 15 mins walk to Bexleyheath train station to London Bridge, Cannon st, Charing Cross and Victoria stations. We are also very close to the A2 and Danson park and Hall place are also a short walk away.

This is a spacious family home which includes a large kitchen diner, with breakfast table area, living room and separate utility room. Additionally, there is a large back garden and also parking space on the driveway.

The bedroom is furnished and all bills are included, as is a shared washing machine.

We are looking for a friendly, trust worthy and reliable individual who would feel at ease with sharing a house young family with two children and also a small friendly, hypoallergenic dog.
