The property has four bedrooms. The vacant room is a double with a monthly rental of £400. We are renting to young professionals. The room has a large wardrobe and a range of storage.

Council tax, Broadband & TV licence are included in the rent but utility bills will be split fairly between us and the tenants. Also to make life easier for us all and to keep the house in good order we share the cost of a cleaner and gardener!

The house is 10 mins walk from Bexleyheath station (with regular trains to Dartford, Charing X, Cannon St and Victoria).

The house is extremely spacious and equipped with all mod cons (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and plenty of fridge and freezer space). Apart from the fully fitted kitchen, there are two contemporary shower rooms with walk-in showers.

The living/dining area, complete with sofa and dining table, looks out onto the large well kept garden, with access to a summer house for evening bbqs (if the weather's nice).
