Currently there is one housemate and myself, I am a 30 year old male, easy going landlord that likes to look after the house and keep it clean and tidy. I keep myself to myself but am very sociable and friendly.

My housemate is a 27 year old female again easy going and very sociable, enjoys going to the local gym and chilling out watching TV.

We both enjoy company so looking for a similar housemate to join our house, must be clean and tidy as there are communal spaces. We both like keeping the house tidy and keeping a welcoming home.

The room offered is a very large double with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a desk.

We have a large bathroom with power shower and a bath, a large kitchen and dining room with washing machine, tumble drier and a new oven and new hob. Broadband is good throughout the house with Sky TV in the communal lounge.

There is a large garden with a decked area and parking for a small car on the driveway out the front. Close proximity to Bexleyheath town centre, 5 min walk to all shops and supermarkets.

It is a 10 minute walk to Barnehurst train station, which takes 30 mins to get to London Bridge and has regular trains to Charing Cross, Victoria and Cannon Street. Good bus routes and roads into Bromley, Sidcup and Dartford so easy commuting.
