There are two fridges in the flat.

A cleaner does the communal areas and can also do ironing by arrangement.
There is a communal kitchen-diner with halogen hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, balcony.

It's a few minutes walk from the City (financial district.)

Nearby amenities include Waitrose, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Moorgate shops, Cheapside shops, tube and mainline stations, Smithfield market, Barbican Arts Centre (Theatres, concert hall, cinemas, art galleries).

The flat is friendly but generally quiet, with housemates tending to entertain out.

Bills are included - electricity, water, council tax, cleaner, broadband, underfloor heating.

The Barbican has private communal gardens, a lake-side terrace, cafes and bars at the arts centre.

Underground car parking is available extra.
